MOSCOW, Dec 2 (PRIME) -- Russia’s average oil production fell 1.2% on the year to 11.244 million barrels per day in November, Bloomberg reported on Monday citing the Energy Ministry’s CDU TEK dispatcher department.
The output remained flat on the month, the agency reported.
